14.Return policy
This website sells products which consist of online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it, you lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance. In case no streaming has occurred at all and within 14 days following your order date, you wish to withdraw your order, a cancellation admin fee of 10% of the value of the amount which was paid will be charged. Any refund dispute, in case no streaming has occurred at all within 14 days following your order date, will also result in an admin fee of 10% of the value of the amount which was paid and 40 euro to compensate for the payment gateway fee and additional admin.
15.Payment plan
In case you have opted for a Payment Plan, you can choose to opt out of this monthly payment cycle if you wish. Please contact DELMOTTE VIBRATING ENERGIES RÉSONNANTES – DELMOTVIBRES INTERNATIONAL E-LEARNING LECHER ANTENNA ACADEMY with your request in order for an appropriate pro rata due remaining amount to be determined.
